On October 21, 2024, Flexential, a leading provider of secure and flexible data center solutions based in Charlotte, NC, announced a strategic investment from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP). This partnership with MSIP and GI Partners aims to accelerate Flexential's growth and support its mission to meet increasing demand for digital infrastructure. Flexential, with over 40 data centers across the US and over 325MW of built and under-development capacity, is set for significant growth. The investment from MSIP will enhance Flexential’s market presence and enable continued investment in its national FlexAnywhere® platform. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024 upon completion of customary regulatory approvals.
