On April 2, 2024, CenterSquare Investment Management announced that the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) has completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Aligned Data Centers, a portfolio company of DigitalBridge Group, Inc. The investment, which was initially announced on November 1, 2023, was made to support the expansion of Landmark's real estate and infrastructure growth platform. Aligned Data Centers, one of the largest and fastest-growing private data center developers in the Americas, will use this funding to expand its portfolio of sustainable data center facilities. The partnership with DigitalBridge and ADIA will allow Landmark to expand its portfolio in strategic locations and better serve its customers.
